Wrong. What’s the point in voting if your vote means nothing. As the good Dr has said, unless you’re a substantial shareholder (ie 5%+) you’ve got no say or ability to influence things so why bother. Lodging a protest vote may make you feel good but it’s ultimately a waste of time and energy.
