I'd say its more people jumping ship to other stocks that are making moves . Im mostly a lurker and not a talker , but i bought equal amounts of TNT and VOR around the same time and so far I regret not going all in on TNT.

Hoping VOR gets acquired by a company that knows how to work the market . I dont care that VOR is profitable if the share price is stagnant while watching other stocks post good market sensitive announcements
