You need to realise that 99% of this board are short term rampers for short term gain... most of them don't even hold long enough to warrant a letter/email from registry. Jait's comments are typical, ie. VOR directors/management don't know how to pump a share price, the market is all about pump and dumps, therefore they should find new people to run the company.

Looks like 20% of the shares were voted. I forgot to lodge my vote (but it would've been to vote "for" all resolutions).
