Hi Newbieguy, I am also relatively new to FEX, but have been watching for some time - I originally bought at 17c and sold again at 16.5, entered just a little early, so I am far from a great source of inspiration - however, to speculate on your query about; 'when' this will move;

The announcement on September 21 indicated they are on track for their first shipment to be made in early 2021.

Now that could be anytime, but if you look at how other companies SP's perform as they draw closer to moving product, IO, Gold, whatever, the SP performance tends to get rolling when these milestones are evolving to reality.

FEX is soooo far under par value IMO, there is a multi bagger ready to roll, but having said that, there is no such thing as a "certainty" - many things can happen that will send an unwelcome hand up the trouser leg to latch onto the a goolie!
