I am sorry, but in my opinion there is no way 50% of the SK JV is worth $20m in its current form. The valuation for the 50% will be less than $2mil IMO. This is probably way less than it is "worth" but given the project status, funding required and lack of JORC, I can't see a valuation any higher.
The UK market knows that BMV will pick this up for a song, that is baked into their MC.
BMV have turned out to be shrewd operators, slow playing this to wear SAU down. Once again SAU don't have the staying power, risk appetite and financial backing to take a project on. It was the same with Cannon!
