Years ago I had Fairfax FXJ and I think it got split into DHG and NEC. I still hold both, they seem to be a good hedge in my portfolio against the mining stocks (when the mining stocks go down I find NEC and DHG are often up).
I think we are headed for a property boom. Both DHG and REA should do well. I wouldn't be surprised to see DHG at $6 before 30 June.
