the limited ability to cap raise certainly helps.
I think this means all new cap raises will likely require a high approval % from existing and existing shareholders will likely need to be offered shares proportional to any issue. It’s still a dog of a situation.
Hopefully this puts them under sufficient pressure to get an offtake over the line but I wouldn’t count on it.
