has anymore info been provided as to shareholders concerns with the remuneration report?
I note that a consecutive "strike" requires an immediate vote on spilling the board.
Nero may have lost this round, but I am concerned that they will spend the next 12 months consolidating their support to spill the board at the next AGM.
which imho would be disastrous for the everyday non-insto shareholder. the whole thing just has that aura of being a subversive power grab.
