I agree it's frustrating to be waiting but what's the use in rushing a DFS if the market isn't ready? The neighbor did get there quickly but we're they right in just rushing it out ? They still don't have the project financed so can't say it's a given that they will be financed and built as we may just produce a standout project but time will tell
