There is nothing holding the company back in relation to announcements now.
LBTs response to the FDA probably went in one to two weeks before the AGM, you never leave this sort of stuff to the last minute.
therefore I expect a response based on the 90 day rule within two weeks.
i also expect a sale or two before Xmas.
The Company must start to perform
the Chair must make some headway in appointing an appropriate and skilled chairman, Shareholders I know won’t put up with no action on this front. Calling an EGM if no action prevails.
Board is under first strike and attaining 25% next year is a walk in the park.
