The most troubling part of the voting was the re election of Director Graziano with a 72% majority. Really 72% are happy with a guy who recommends that a $4 million asset be sold for under $1 million and that a $6 million asset also be sold for under $1 million. It baffles my mind that TYX share holders are OK with this. Obviously not the ones who write stuff here but the ones who own the company are clearly OK with this.
