Pretty embarrassing AGM for the company. Even Paul pulling his resolutions could only barely scrape the remuneration report through. Looks like quite a few of the top holders have had enough.
The NOROA options. Pretty much guarantees the SP can't climb above 10c now. The biggest CR in the companies history with the most securities ever issued. Massive sea anchor that means if the options fall in to the money, the resulting dilution will stop share price gains.
So now we have a spec that will be almost impossible to make a profit from if your average is over 10c and for those who is 2.5-5c you're lucky if you get 2-4 bags. Norwood is not even punt worthy now. Who'd take the risk for a measly 2-4 bags?
