But if look back to before his appointment you can how the votes at the meeting would be and the shareholder support hasnt changed since . So votes was definitely a part of the injection of funds to avoid any resolutions not passing. Now every resolution will always pass. Unless the board its self vote something down. Hence a board member or associate had voted against something at last agm. But they always clearly need more money.
