No doubt credibility was shattered with the sudden resignation of Phill Campbell and the recycling of Blair Seargent closely followed by the non- incentive plan.

I was pleased to read at the end of the board changes announcement that the recycling of Blair isn't necessarily seen as a replacement for Phill.

"The Company is considering further additions to the Board and management team that will further support its international strategy and will also consider the appointment of an appropriate Chairman in due course."

I feel two things are needed to repair the damage:-

*The appointment of a new chairman with strong credentials for Corporate Governance and a Strong Track Record of taking companies from the courtship go go stage to maturity as an investment quality corporation.

* A strong share price performance in association with the vesting of the service awards and performance rights so the no-incentive hurdles do not come into play to rub salt into the wounds that they have caused.
