    I am confused and am happy to be educated - last 4 were heavily voted against - maybe one third of the votes. I always believed that 25% triggered a three strike process and the company is obliged to put that to shareholders a second time or withdraw it altogether.

    Anyone with more knowledge than me (99% of you) care to comment?
