Revenue for the quarter should be in the range of $1.6 - $2mil, without adding any rev made by Nucleus Cyber.
Spending for last last quarter was just over $1mil, I would expect that to increase and finish about cash flow neutral.
Profit will increase when we start seeing income from NC as the margins are higher.
