That's what happens once it gets to this stage after a consolidation, think about it before the Consolidation the company was mainly owned by the retail mum an dads with more voting power, very little in the hands of the BEOT, post consolidation and after the CR in one quick swoop the company is easily controlled by the weight of numbers owned by the BEOT, hence why the greasing of palms by the company to Pac Partners, the Red Flags have been continually waved at everyone in reference to the voting power to smart that's why they are professionals, everyone thought it would be a good thing without looking at the bigger picture, besides the bleeding obvious of the share price heading south after the Consolidation to a far worse position as was stated it would the voting power has now been taken out of the hands of the mum an dad investor's, one just needs to look at the difference in the voting power pre consolidation period to work that out, tipping there will be a lot more pain coming to holder's in the not to distant future now the company is in bed with the BEOT sad really but people did vote for consolidation thinking it was the saviour or what they needed, not sure that has worked out to good for retail, but has worked great for what the board wants as stated professional's and good at it.
