Director fees were $38k last quarter * 4 = $152k / 3 directors = ~50k pa. They could accept reduced fees or scrip in lieu of fees but doubt you'll find many listed companies (shells or not) with lower NED fees and these are far from outrageous.


See below another nano cap YOW's fees - US$109k per quarter in NED fees = approx 4 times the NED fees of UUV on a constant currency basis. Both UUV and YOW are controlled by so-called corporate raiders, and have near 0 EVs. Difference is YOW actually has a profitable operating business.





WW stands to make a lot more $ on a vend then some piddly NED fees, I doubt he's deliberately dragging his feet to milk this cow, UUV certainly aint no cashcow.
