Yawn. You've asked this question before and received an abundance of comprehensive intelligent responses from others posters and myself, but to my dismay I shall repeat the overall consensus: it's an immaterial concern for a variety of reasons.
I guess that's why HotCopper is a great source of knowledge, you can simply go back and read rather than repeating the same question. I suggest you begin to do the same.
Surrounding performance fees, anyone with at least partial vision can see that management deserve to be compensated when looking at the amazing company growth quarterly and position over the past 1.5 years. I am abit greedy so sure, I'd prefer to not see it, but It's an industry standard of incentivising and driving staff....Echoing your request, I too would love some insight on any additional comments made! (If any)
