Yea, that's all reasonable, I'd prefer that too. Definitely gives more confidence in the company when people closer to it than we can be put their cash in or else you are left wondering whether they don't think it is safe/good, even if they have other reasons for being unable to do it.
The board that spent how many months/years claiming they couldn't buy on market due to blackout were planting a huge red flag.
