I've gotta recheck my archived emails, but from memory I'm fairly sure the 2nd tranche offered to Institutions and Sophs is going to be at 0.26c.
(Unfortunately, NYR lost a little in Investor confidence when they went forward with a capital raise, they previously stated that they wouldn't do.)
And if history is anything to go by, retail investors deem that offer as what the company perceives the stock is intrinsically worth. When in actually fact it's a discounted price for essentially buying in bulk.
So, I think there's a more than even chance we can see 0.26 in the next few weeks, but in 6 - 8 weeks we'll be seeing a tentative touch back to the previous 0.40 - 0.45.
