The removal of any new director was not carried forward into the Notice of Meeting therefore was not voted upon. From memory, PNN said was against legal advice. So, Turvey is still there and as Chairman. This was obviously a last ditch effort by RHK to try and have friends on the board but in reality, staring into the void, friendships can only go so far. Turvey may be a persuasive type of individual, IDK, but you don't need a mathematician to work out the numbers. He will be gently showing RHK the door. Turvey, having been appointed, will be there at least until the next AGM. Directors can't kick each other off once they are on the board. Only shareholders at general meeting can remove directors once they are appointed. Turvey's vote will come up at the next AGM.
