Here is 1 to ponder, we know John came to FEX with 1.5 mill shares that he owns, ok fine, i wonder if the reason his official start time as chairman was after the AGM had concluded, was because they needed his votes to count towards some thing?

Imaging that, knowing you had a start date for a job, knowing the position and because you owned shares in the company and had not taken up the position before the meeting you could technically cast your vote in favor of a higher remuneration pool, then officially take office in your new role after the AGM had concluded.

I'm not say he definitely did this, but 1 for the brains trust no doubt.
