Exceptionally good results, never seen like this before
I hope rookey not upset with all those 75 million votes who voted against resolution no. 4 ... !
I just want to learn something so see if anyone can explain voting for resolution no. 7.
What is the difference between "Proxy Votes" and "Poll Results"?
Also, resolution 7, has 49.06% voting for the resolution while 50.94% voting against it so how did it passed if there were more people voting against in "Poll results"?
Also, when we vote for any AGM the online system ask us to nominate "Proxy to Chairman or Provide option alternative proxy that we nominate" ... what is the difference here? I normally nominate chairman as proxy but then vote against any resolution that i like.... do my vote counted correctly or chairman can change them?
