It would depend on the offer. If it is big enough LC will have little control on what transpires - shareholders have that luxury.
Would be interesting if a largish offer of say in the range of $2-3 was put forward, how many shareholders would hold out for more. Human nature includes natural greed after all.
Perspective can change dramatically when offered two amounts - 60 cents and $3. Plus $3 values IMU at $15bil - so a lot has to hapen for that valuation to crystallise.
