IMU is now sitting at $3.2B MC and in the last 6 months we awarded the tickets entering to MSCI index and ASX300. More and more institutions are loading up their shareholding/vote in IMU from the hands of mum and dad investors. We are no longer having a proxy type AGM like in the past. If conflict in interest is a real issue in the corporate manner, then it won't easily to get a pass anymore. Looking at the attached shareholder statistics below, to me, it does guide IMU to a right direction becoming a truely multinational biotech giants.
