My speculation only - maybe AH was voted out to make way for a new board member. LC mentioned in her recent interview about new appointments soon. Also, could it be that a large shareholder want a seat on IMU's board? If this is the case, why?
Judging by the body language of the BoD in the AGM (polar opposite to the passport photos below), they seemed more shock or saddened than cheerful. I sincerely hope there is not dissension within the BoD.
