Axel Hoos became CEO of Scorpion Therapeutics Aug 2021, Scorpion Therapeutics are the competition, Scorpion have a serious amount of money, ambitious plans and are talking about an IPO in the future, that's a full time job for a CEO.
Maybe that does not sit right with some people, it certainly has the potential for a conflict of interest.
