That nailed it Merino, I only have one thing to add " he would have know it was happening" regardless of the setting, anyone here that's a CEO/director hey even a supervisor on the shop floor knows when it's up!
They normally just get pushed, I would bet my left one that it's down to "complete" conflict of interest, and I for one can see it having no material effect on the share price whatsoever.....
This thing is still on a direct coarse for a moon landing, BP and there trading Guru's are now 100% in control!
