These election results are about the most alarming thing I have seen from our BOM. Not sure I can remember seeing such a fractured vote across so many key items. There is clearly some differences between key shareholders and the board, including some key personnel. They need to sort this out very quickly and bring confidence that the board is on the right path and in control....
