    The motion is carried by 50.01% (?)Though a "first strike" is lodged by a no vote of 25%.
    So it's a phyrric victory for holders. 30% no vote is a big number.

    But 38% against Bruce's options is a considerable rejection of his tenure IMHO.
    In light of this I hope he will consider his position.
