Observation for those who know more about these things than me:

VRX have 551,878,029  shares on issue.

These result tallies all come in at less than 250m votes cast.

So apparently  >50% of the shareholders can't even be bother to vote.

Incredibly, from what I can see, that is actually a strong turnout.

And in case you missed it, the fine print on these results is the most important part of the the whole shebang:

"In relation to Resolution 1 Adoption of Remuneration Report, as more than 25% of the votes cast were against the resolution, this constitutes a first strike for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001"
