    What was the threshold for a carry? I thought someone posted 25% was meant to vote it down but doesnt appear that way.

    I am impressed though Bruce has done a Trump. Once you add the abstain he has got less than 50% of the votes for. So loses the popular vote but it still carries. Pretty disgraceful really.
