Take over bids will always be on directors minds, as I've said before CDX is a perfect bolt on for so many companies. It just depends on directors motivation and personal goals they have before the for sale sign goes up. I still think that's a few years away yet, they will at least try to push towards 500M + market cap. I'd still love to see a 20c per share offer lobbed now though to wake up the market!
