The company is aware that it is difficult for non holders (and holders) to understand all of ICI's moving parts and to address this the company will be providing more information via social media and regular media hence the interview on CNBC. Note approx 20 attendees for yesterdays meeting probably 20% directors and employees.
When ICI has acquired 60% - 70% of a company it does not necessarily intend to acquire the remainder. Therefore the original owners remain and have a vested interest in the company.
Lemon sky founders to remain at Lemonsky.
Now that Lemonsky deal is complete, resources can be allocated to fast track areas of need e.g Skycandy's first game.
