Between them MR MICHAEL JOHN GREGG & MRS SUZANNE JANE GREGG, GELBA PTY LIMITED, and MR MICHAEL JOHN GREGG own just over 25% of shares - enough to trigger a strike based on a board remuneration resolution not receiving 75% support.

The shareholders have two choices:

1. Trust that "Gregg & Gelba" can undo the mess created by Jason and the previous post-IPO Big Spending management, or;
2. Convince most of the other shareholders you have a better plan, buy out the $6.5M loan debts held by "Gregg & Gelba", spill the board, sack the senior management, develop a new corporate strategy with less than $500k to spare, and make sure "Gregg & Gelba" won't strike you at the next AGM.

Option 2 is simply not going to happen - so the only option for every other shareholder is to vote for option 1 and hope that things will get better - ergo, vote for the lesser of two evils.
