I haven't seen the whole letter either, I am only going off what MMR has publicly announced.
Diversification away from Advent is problematic until the AAT case outcome is known. Afterall, it was diversifying into Claratti amongst other things that were deemed breaches of PDF legislation resulting in the loss of PDF status. If PDF status is ultimately lost, diversification will be possible but it means recomplying with the listing rules as pretty much a new listing and TBH, I don't know if that is possible. Based my reading of these threads, and my interactions with MMR holders on other threads, I sincerely doubt there is appetite to recapitalise this company to the extent required, particularly under David's leadership (Roger D excepted). I could be wrong. The AAT hearing is on today, concludes tomorrow, so an answer on the PDF appeal shouldn't be too far away upon which things will become clearer.
