    So I have a hypothetical for you.

    Assume PEP11 is defunct.

    David writes to you on behalf of MEC announcing a recapitalisation offer, probably a rights issue, probably at $0.004/share.

    Re-instatement depends on this capital raise to meet listing rules requirements.

    Will you be writing out a cheque?
