Agree, but this is a hypothetical, that level of detail just isn't known at this stage.
In my Chrystal Ball, I see a rights issue, probably at $0.004, probably partially underwritten by Grandbridge Securities to a level closely aligned to Advent's holding in MMR.
It will be likely that if the CR fails, MMR divests it's Advent shares in specie to SH and is wound up.
