As for holding a few more shares than the average punter and not voting merely highlights your own stupidity. C'est la vie but forget trying to claim high ground in here by claiming with your opening statement. The risks and failures have been called out long ago as has the sorry path this listed entity has taken for well over a year now and there is little time left. The business might survive and it might not and even this is questionalne on two grounds, being (a) profitability, and (b) credibility in the marketplace it chooses to operate but as a listed entity its days are clearly numbers and THAT will deny you the ability to exit your shares except on terms set-out by the company post delisting. Current value is sub 5 cents a share and declining as the cash reserve diminishes and they trade on a current liquidity of less than 1. You and your ilk in here seem to forget two things and that is they are under regulatory investigation and they cannot relist until that and the outstanding audit matters are resolved. Both involve parties and activities that you all seem to want to wish away. Well they haven't wished away yet and arent wishing away by themselves any time soon.

so....those shareholders who didn't vote are stupid, but those who did vote and didn't give you the result you wanted should be disregarded because not everyone voted...? Not going so well with that line of reasoning are you AO. You seem to be saying that if the stupid people voted you might have got the result you wanted.
