What makes you think the management are 'fools' as you put it?
The DFS is on the way, they appear to be hitting all the milestones, they have acquired an amazing resource, and yet somehow you aren't happy with them because, I don't know, you're afraid they'll drop the ball in the future?
I don't mean to be rude, but it seems your statements say more about your own insecurities than it does about the company. Sorry mate, I can't take you seriously.
