Thanks - think I'll be right machine learning only starting to scale now and company has identified inefficiencies in the business and working towards a more efficient business when machine learnings does take off around 2024-2025. So I find it heartening these inefficiencies are being rectified now and not later that will chew into gains when machine learning scales. Still early days.
