(The board had already been significantly reconstituted before the AGM.)
It's clear from the AGM presentation document released this morning that the board is not looking to wind up the company.
So where do we stand? Earlier in the year @puppyeh was strongly advocating an orderly winding up, to avoid a continuing slow dissipation of net assets.
