Wow that was pretty close. I was assuming as they hadn’t pulled the resolutions this time around they knew it was a lot more comfortable.
To be honest that’s pretty embarrassing for the BOD to have it voted down (pulled) last time and then scrape over the line this time!
This confirms some of my fears about my investment here and the strategy now changes accordingly.
So glad I offloaded a few at a profit on the last little pump to 4.7 and will likely exit my position on the news flow they will need to provide to pump this to overcome PR hurdles.
Such a shame when a BOD can’t hear or don’t care what the owners of the company think. Although to be balanced they will say 50% of the owners were happy to grant the PRs.
