    Tranche 2 got enough votes to pass, but this was withdrawn at the Meeting.
    Anyone who went to the meeting did they give an indication why?

    I can only theories such as
    1) They do not need the Tranche 2
    2) The Tranche 2 is to be renegotiated.

    If any one went to the meeting let us know
