Why would Gino put forward a deal that was only ever set up to benefit one single shareholder. What a disgrace, well done shareholders for voting it down. Have you ever thought maybe Gino resigned because a sham deal was being proposed?
This is the same Gino that brought the Company the Lac Rainy project, you really think he would propose a deal that would take away valuable resources and focus.
Look at SBR and GED, lots of common shareholders and directors, sort of tells you something, doesn't it??
