The remuneration packages worried me a little and have so far prevented me from jumping in yet. I have seen plenty of companies spark multiple capital raising events just to support the cash burn created by an "expensive" management structure, continually diluting shareholder value. In the big picture maybe this is just a drop in the ocean but it could mean the difference between a $0.95 initial cost vs a $0.5 one.
I definitely see the future in ARL so will be looking for a smart entry point.
