There's new information there that you can decipher. The number of "abstains" will tell you how many shares that creditor already has in the company before the new shares...eg: Gold Processing Equiptment had 1,034,882. They are all very low numbers not what I expected.
And the number of voters who bothered to turn up or vote in the low 30's%. Shows nobody really cared about the result.
