I dunno, it’s been voted through, but will they be able to raise enough capital? I thought I read if they don’t get enough money they’ll do a refund and won’t move forward.
Every single thing got voted for interestingly enough.
Including participation by the board, does this mean they have to buy shares or is it still at their own discretion?
