Yep - and management was incentivized to meet EBITDA targets to trigger performance rights / bonus. Easiest way to do this is buy EBITDA. So what do you think happened...... The grind of operating a business is, as stated above, "boring fundamentals" - with emphasis on boring.
My sentiment is buy as in my view the relative downside v upside has reached a point where this company is "over sold".
Also the new directors and the GTC people have a big interest in seeing this company succeed given the number of shares that they own / will own.
